BP2GO JervoisWe subdivided our property and planned to build 5 houses but started with 2 only as we were new to market. Were not very happy with builder so looked for another one for next 2 houses with cautious. Got very good feedback from friends about Aggarwal Developments Limited T/A : Kasa Homes so gave contract for 2 houses: 2B Kelvin Road & 2C Kelvin Road, Papakura. They started work in 2 days and soon realised their professionalism and dedication to the work. They have a great team of expert professionals, they know their work, plan everything well on time and in perfect way. They follow all the rules, keep site nice & tidy with minimal inconvenience to neighbours. Kept informing us about project time to time at every stage. Very happy with the time frame, houses nearly completion, way ahead of our expectations. Took only four & a half month to build whereas contract was for a year. Will be saving thousands of dollars in mortgage especially when interests are at their peak. Quality was our main concern and they have met all our expectations in quality wise. No complains, passed all the inspections on time, can’t ask for anything else. Their quote was very competitive, very transparent agreement, happy with their price, charging on stages exactly as per agreement, no hidden charges, maintaining cost of the project as per agreement. We are glad we chose the right company especially in this time of uncertainty in the building industry. We didn’t waste any time to look for anyone else and gave our contract to Aggarwal Developments Limited T/A : Kasa Homes to build our next project at 2A Kelvin Road, Papakura and they happily agreed on affordable price, have started work on that as well.
