Aggarwal completed this commercial project in a partnership company at 40 East Street, Papakura, where we built two buildings having 46 Apartments & 3 shops. This Joint Venture project ‘Casa Bella Apartments’ was completed in June 2023.
Aggarwal worked very hard towards getting CCCs of the project & also assisted in it’s best ways for getting all separate 49 titles of these properties successfully.
